ELS V8 causing gta4Browser.exe Application Error?

Featured Replies

I started having a problem where my mods would take forever to load & at startup the gta4browser. exe Application Error would pop up, but I could still play, just with very slow mods, so I uninstalled ELS V8 & everything worked fine, any ideas how to get around this so I can use V8?

So, I was having the same issue during testing. I never really found the root cause, but once the newer version of ELS8 came out, the issue went away.

This would happen when I would start my game. It would come to the main menu where I would select Niko for single player, and then boom it would happen. However, I was able to press okay on the error message and then reclick my  GTA down on the task bar and it would go right back into GTA with no issues. It was as if I was able to play on a crashed game kinda. Maybe try updating Advanced hook, maybe PM me and I'll send you mine.

Hope this helped!
